On October 30, the Commercial Court of Kyiv, presided over by Judge Roman Boyko, ruled to prohibit the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine from making any changes to the State Register of Special Permits for Subsoil Use regarding the ownership of the special permit issued to JSC “Korosten Quarry” (case No. 910/11526/24).

While public attention is focused on the war, it seems everyone has overlooked the fact that those shady schemes, once a goldmine for various cunning operators, haven’t disappeared. They still generate as much profit for their organizers as they did before the war.
